OLD BUSINESS


1. Possible group inventory dates are Jan 14 or 21, 11-3. Either one will work for the church. Tim will bring these dates to our next business meeting and we’ll vote.


NEW BUSINESS


1.  Trygodgroup@gmail.com is our email address. GSO has been sending stuff to Kurt still; he can send them our correct email address.


2. Discussion regarding wording in format about bringing an issue to the steering committee or business meeting. Question: "Can anyone really just bring any issue at any time or is this reserved for group members?" We just let it go for now, no real action deemed necessary.


3. All secretaries need to get the format for their meeting from the website and change the beginning of the meeting reading so that it says that we have a moment of silence “for the alcoholic who still suffers” as we previously voted to do. These are all accessible on our website.


4. Housekeeping issue—Sunday meeting can change format to read about where parking is allowed at that location.
