Opened meeting with Serenity Prayer

New Members: Jennifer, Leisha, Doug, Monique

COMMITTEE REPORTS

• Treasurer — Melody*- Bills are paid. We offered to the Wed night church to pitch in financially to have carpets cleaned. 5 and 10 collections are low. See report for detail.

• GSR — Andy*-Went to assembly. The motion we talked about last time passed (or area 58 to get esh from GSO). Rotations occurred. Service positions are open always at area and district level. Google area 58 for more info. 

• Grapevine —Corey- Going well. 

• EVI — Need a new chairperson. Kurt was at the meeting and reported that lots of service postions are open.

• Diverter — Megan- Has packets for anyone that needs one.

• Activities — Jenny, Tess B.-Our game night/ potluck was great.

• Webmaster — Tim J.*- See trygodgroup.com, our website. Positions are opening up in Feb, also inventory questions are posted there.

• H&I — Danny- Serenity Lane will have bring a meeting in on the 5th Saturday of months that have one. They are doing their own thing this month, so we are asked to show up next in March 2012.

• Archivist — Siri V- Scanning printed material. 

SECRETARY REPORTS

 • Sunday — Shelly*- Pretty regular crowd, 25 or so.

• Monday — Mindy*- Great. 

• Wed. Beg. — Susie*- Going well. Newcomers are present.

• Wednesday — Debi*- Going great.

• Thursday — Tony*.- Good. 26 people last time. Averaging 14-17 people.

• Friday —Angela and Karen* - Really good.

OLD BUSINESS

1. Church available for group inventory Jan 14 or 21, we voted to have it on the 14th. Potluck 11-3. Download format from our website.

NEW BUSINESS

1. New EVI rep is Brad.

2. New Fri night literature is Jen F.

3. New at-large steering committee member- Alexa H. Filling in for the remainder of Kristin’s term.

4. Question regarding whether the meeting guides are free for anyone to take. Literature person says we are going through a lot of them. Answer—yes.

Motion to close was made and seconded.

Meeting closed at 9:00 pm with the "I am responsible" statement.
