OLD BUSINESS

1. None

NEW BUSINESS

1. Question about how to change one’s phone number on the group list. Answer- call or email Brenda who is currently in charge of that list

2. Group inventory will be on Dec 3. Potluck from 11-3 at the church where the Wed meeting is held. We will use the “Working the traditions in the group” format, as last time we used the group pamphlet questions and we alternate those two formats. Tim will post the questions on our website so we can review them before the inventory and come prepared. Please announce this in our meetings. We actually had previously voted to take a group inventory every 6 months.

3. Someone may be ringing a motion to have annual inventories instead of every 6 months

4. All secretaries need to get the format for their meeting from the website and change the beginning of the meeting reading so that it says that we have a moment of silence “for the alcoholic who still suffers” as we previously voted to do.
