OLD BUSINESS:
1. None

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Motion for next business meeting to be brought by Angela: Regarding speakers who are from out of town and may have travel costs associated with coming to speak: Let’s have the option to offer  money to them to cover those costs for our Friday night meeting. So, whoever is finding speakers can offer up to a certain amount to them.

2. Question: Does Monday night literature get money to buy new Big Books to read from the secretary? Answer: yes.

3. Question: Why don’t we give chips for each of the first 12 months of sobriety? Various answers to this, basically, it’s just how we have been doing it. Usually newcomer or treatment center oriented meetings offer more chips for that first year. The questioner may at some point bring a motion.

4. Will need to elect a mens sponsorship rep and one or two at large positions.
