OLD BUSINESS:
1. Debra B.'s Motion: Adopt policy defining what a closed meeting is regarding bringing children.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Debi S. re: Friday night 7/29, setup can't make it, announce at business meeting; phone list, make announcements at business meeting for group secretaries to pick up phone lists for their meetings.

2. Elect new dishwashers at business meeting.

3. Chair steps down, co-chair is in Alaska, need new chair and co-chair.

4. Make announcements for people who are considering service to review positions online; read job descriptions at election time.

6. Newcomer packets the responsibility of Wedneday night literature person? New position? Motion: To create a new position responsible for making and stocking newcomer packets for each TGG meeting.

7. Elect someone to newcomer packet position.

8. Need Sunday night refreshment coordinator.
