Opened meeting with Serenity Prayer.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
• Treasurer — Angela* | Read balance sheet. Current balance (75.90) (below prudent reserve of $500)
• GSR — Andy* | No report.
• Grapevine —Adam | Has Grapevines for Sunday.
• EVI — Lindsey B. | EVI has service positions available; contribution are down 33% from last year, cuts to committees if groups don't increase giving; new office rules and diverter problems discussed.
• Diverter — Debra B. for Melody O. | Melody has worked to address diverter issues, has been giving reminder calls and e-mails to people taking shifts, and making sure diverter is taken immediately at 5:00 p.m. when EVI closes.
• Activities — Mindy S., Tess B. | Mindy reminds group about pool party at Tamarack Pool; Baker's Bay at Dorena Lake in Cottage Grove for TGG Summer Picnic on August 13.
• Webmaster — Tim J.* | Web's working well, keeping it current.
• H&I — Alexa | H+I meets last Wednesday of every month at EVI, services positions are available (Johnson Unit, Corrections Co-chair, Saturday Serenity Lane co-chair, hospitals co-chair.
• Archivist — Siri V. | No report
SECRETARY REPORTS:
• Sunday — Lynn* | Doing well.
• Monday — Debra* | Going great, finished story section, staring through book again.
• Wed. Beg. — Kevin B.* | Shelly for Kevin: attendance up and down, but steady.
• Wednesday — Jenny S.* | Wednesday's good.
• Thursday — Danny M.* | Mark Z. for Danny: Great.
• Friday — Marilyn H.*, Tracy B.* | Marilyn: encourage people to attend
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Election for Wednesday Night Greeter, Brad volunteers, elected.
2. Motion [Tim J.]: Make EVI Rep part of TGG steering committee, discussion, vote [30 for, 2 against], minority speaks, no call for revote, motion passes.
3. Election for at-large steering committee position [Lindsey, EVI rep, was at-large], motion:to table to bring position availability back to the group, seconded, discussed, vote [4 for, 26 against], minority, revote [9 for, 23 against]; Tony volunteers, elected unanimously .
4. Election for Sunday Night Grapevine meeting refreshment coordinator., no volunteers, Kenny will continue to cover until replacement found.
5. Motion [Kurt J.]: divert all or part of TGG's contributions from District to EVI [to cover EVI shortfall] on temporary six-month basis, seconded, discussion, proposed split of 60 EVI, 20 area, 10 district, 10 GSO, tabled.
