OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:

• Debi S., phone list coordinator, discusses phone list maintenance, how to get list out, how to maintain list, cost of doing list (members point out that list should be paid for by group). Phone list is e-mailed to secretaries, who are asked to print out. It was reiterated that the phone list coordinator's job is to print out the list and distribute to meeting secretaries at group business meeting (and that this is part of the phone list job coordinator job description).

• Side comment on Wednesday Night Literature Coordinator being responsible for making newcomer packets for all meetings. This is not currently part of their job description—is this something we want to incorporate into the position description)?

• Discussion on what it means to be a Try God Group member. Some members feel that you must come to the Try God Business meeting to be a home group member. Also, the question is raised about whether or not you have to be a current home group member to chair the Wednesday Night Try God Group. Group membership has never been a prerequisite for secretarying any TGG meeting.

• Lauren is volunteering to fill in as Birthday Coordinator for the Friday Night Meeting.

• Need to replace Wednesday Setup position

• Kurt submits written motion, which he'll read at April's business meeting: “When more than one person stands for a service position, candidates state their service experience prior to a group vote.”

• Leisha proposes Wednesday Night Cup Cleanup position, as the church has offered to let TGG use their cups (to replace paper and styrofoam cups).

• Richard volunteers to take Smoking Coordinator position.

• Melody, Diverter Alternate, is stepping in to take on Diverter Coordinator position. Need to vote in Diverter Alternate.

•Discussion about Diverter. EVI Diverter Coordinator complaining that TGG not picking up the Diverter consistently, or Diverter has been going unanswered on TGG shift. Kirstin suggests passing Diverter list around at other TGG meetings.

• Discussion about children at closed TGG meetings. Debra B. suggests motion should be put before TGG business meeting to clarify. Debra says she will write the motion
