NEW BUSINESS:
• Kurt J. - five minutes to present PRSAA report to group business meeting.
• Andy (GSR) - discussed finance pamphlet, finance workbook, the F19 financial packet as regards the 7th Tradition, the upcoming Anonymity Mythbusters event, and that District 19 is over its prudent reserve, Andy wants to gather group suggestions on how to disburse District 19 prudent reserve overage.
• Need to elect a new H&I alternate - Chaz had to step down.
• Discussed archivist position (i.e. who did we elect as archivist? Did we elect someone as archivist? What is the position description?)
• Kurt wants to propose that people running for service position in the group give their service resumé when standing for the position. Discussion ensued. Kurt will write out a motion to present at the March business meeting.
• Kyle wanted to discuss the possibility of finding more cooperative ways to choose people for service positions.
• Include general announcement regarding service position responsibilities on business meeting agenda.
• Steve (via Leisha) — Pastor Clyde mentioned concerns about cigarette waste on church grounds after our meeting. We discussed adding the cigarette clean-up responsibility to the Smoking Monitor position. We also discussed making an announcement about smokers cleaning up after themselves during the Wednesday night meeting. Filling the Smoking Monitor position will be put on the agenda.
