Opened meeting with Serenity Prayer. Asked for and welcomed new members and send around phone list to update.

• Treasurer — Angela* | No extra money, currently below prudent reserve; no additional disbursements until prudent reserve met
• GSR — Andy* | Announces upcoming Anonymity Workshop; District 19 has too much money, extra money is usually sent to GSO, District 19 wants suggestions on how to disburse money, Andy sends notepad around for people to write down ideas.
• Grapevine —Adam | No report.
• EVI — Lindsey B. | CPC + PI sending out letters to clergy; open positions for chairs and volunteers, H+I declaration of intent form to be filed out by people wanting to volunteer, forms on literature table or at EVI.
• Diverter — Sarah W. | Siri for Sarah, everything going well.
• Activities — Minday S., Tess B. | Mindy asks for direction from past Activities volunteers.
• Webmaster — Tim J.* | Everything's working well.
• H&I — Alexa | H+I meets last Wednesday of every month; soliciting volunteers; new steering committee forming, see Alexa.
• Archivist — Siri V.

1. General announcement regarding service position responsibilities
2. Kurt J. - had five minutes to present PRSAA report, didn't have report, tabled until April business meeting
3. Election for H+I alternate | Mark Z. volunteers
4. Election for Try God Aroup Archivist | Siri V. volunteers, someone suggests she talk with GSO and Area archivists, need to research length of term.
5. Election to fill Smoking Monitor position (with expanded responsibility to police area for cigarette) | After much discussion, Debra B. volunteers
6. Election for Friday Night Greeter | Brie and Alex volunteer
7. Election for Steering Committee Member-at-Large | Lindsey B. volunteers
8. Election for Wednesday Night Set-up | Shelly volunteers to fill in until until April business meeting, Corey to check for new part for coffee pot.
9. Kurt J. makes a motion that would require people to give service resumés for elected positions in the group where more than one person is standing for a position. Mindy seconds. Much discussion ensues, both pro and con. Motion is tabled.
